Quote request
Describe the trip. A person prices it.
Some journeys do not fit a rate card: a wedding day with four addresses on it, a board arriving on three flights, a charter that runs past the edge of the map. Tell us what the day looks like and dispatch comes back with one fixed figure.
- Answered by a dispatcher, not a calculator
- Fixed fare in Canadian dollars, HST on its own line
- No card taken, nothing booked until you confirm
What happens next
- 01A dispatcher reads itEvery request lands on the desk with your name, the day and the trip on it. Nobody is handed to a queue and nobody is sold to.
- 02The trip is priced by handDistance, timing, the vehicle the party and the luggage need, and anything you asked us to price in. One figure, with HST shown separately.
- 03You get it in writingThe quote arrives by email against the reference this page gives you. It holds for the trip as described, and confirming it is a reply, not a form.
Changing or cancelling
Change any detail free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup on sedans and SUVs, or 24 hours on the Sprinter and the stretch. Inside those windows a cancellation is charged at 50% of the fare. If your airline cancels the flight, there is no charge at all.
The terms set out waiting time, no-shows and how fares and HST work, and the FAQ answers what dispatch is asked most.
Travelling sooner than that?
Dispatch answers around the clock and can price a trip on the phone in a couple of minutes. For a straightforward airport run or a city transfer, the booking flow quotes a fixed fare on screen and confirms it in minutes.
