Terms
The terms your booking is taken on
Plain terms for a service that runs on time or does not run at all. They say what we owe you, what you owe us, and what happens when a flight, a road or a person does not do what was expected.

01
Who these terms are between
They are between you and Northcrest Executive Chauffeur of 1 City Centre Drive, Suite 1010, Mississauga, ON L5B 1M2. They apply to every booking taken through this website, by email, or over the phone on +1 (905) 555-0142, and a booking confirmed by dispatch is a booking accepted under them.
A corporate account may be governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the written agreement wins for that account.
02
Making a booking
A booking is a request until dispatch confirms it. Confirmation arrives by email with a reference on it, usually within minutes; until it does, no car has been allocated.
We may decline a booking we cannot staff safely, and we will say so rather than accept it and hope. A trip described inaccurately — a party larger than the vehicle carries, luggage the car cannot take — does not become our problem to solve at the kerb.
03
Fares, HST, and what is already inside the price
Every fare is quoted in Canadian dollars and fixed before you confirm it. HST at 13% is shown as its own line and is never folded into the figure above it.
Tolls including the 407 ETR, parking, fuel, airport fees and the waiting time described below are inside the quoted fare. Gratuity is at your discretion and is never added automatically.
A trip that changes on the day — an added stop, an extra hour, a destination further out than the one quoted — is repriced against the same rate card, and the reason is recorded on the booking where you can read it.
04
How and when the fare is settled
Nothing is charged on this website. No card is captured here and no payment is taken at the point of booking.
The fare is settled after the trip, or on a corporate account against a consolidated invoice on the terms agreed when the account was opened. An invoice left unpaid on its terms may suspend further travel on that account until it is settled.
05
Waiting time
On commercial arrivals the chauffeur waits sixty minutes from touchdown, and on private aviation thirty minutes from wheels-down, at no charge. After that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate, which is published on that vehicle’s page.
On a point-to-point trip, fifteen minutes of waiting at the pickup are included, and the same increments apply after that.
Flights are tracked from the tail number. A delayed arrival moves the pickup on its own: there is no rebooking fee and no charge for the extra wait.
06
Changing or cancelling
Change any detail free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup on sedans and SUVs, or 24 hours on the Sprinter and the stretch. Inside those windows a cancellation is charged at 50% of the fare.
If your airline cancels the flight, there is no charge at all.
Call dispatch on +1 (905) 555-0142 or reply to your confirmation email, quoting your booking reference.
07
No-shows
A passenger who does not appear, and who cannot be reached on the number given, is treated as a no-show once the included waiting time has run out, and the full fare is charged.
On an airport pickup, a passenger who leaves the terminal without telling dispatch is a no-show. One call or message to the number on your confirmation avoids it, whatever has gone wrong at your end.
08
In the car
Seat belts are worn. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle, and Ontario law governs alcohol in a vehicle; the chauffeur applies it.
A chauffeur may end a trip where the behaviour in the car is unsafe or unlawful, and the fare remains payable. Damage or soiling beyond ordinary use is charged at the cost of putting the vehicle back into service, itemised and evidenced.
Luggage is carried within the capacity published for the vehicle you booked. Personal property is your own responsibility; anything found in a car is held at the office and returned to you on request.
09
When we are late, and when nobody is
We plan a schedule, not the weather. Where a trip runs late because of something we control, tell us and we will put it right on the fare.
Road closures, collisions, border queues, severe weather, government action and the cancellation of a flight are outside our control, and we are not liable for a connection, a meeting or an event missed because of them. Keeping you informed while it happens is the part that is ours to do.
10
Liability
We carry the insurance required of a licensed chauffeur operator in Ontario and hold ourselves to the standard of care you would expect from one.
Except where liability cannot be limited by law, our liability for any one trip is limited to the fare for that trip, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.
11
Governing law, and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
When this wording changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The terms that apply to your trip are the ones published when your booking was confirmed.
