Our office is at 1 City Centre Drive, Suite 1010, beside Square One, which puts the desk that answers your call inside the city it is sending a car to. That matters most at the two ends of the day. A 04:30 pickup in Meadowvale does not begin with a car crossing the city to reach you, and a delayed arrival at Terminal 3 at 01:00 is met by a chauffeur who is fifteen minutes from home rather than an hour.
Mississauga is really several towns that grew into one another, and each wants something different. City Centre is towers, the Living Arts Centre and a hotel cluster around Square One. Port Credit and Clarkson are lakeside villages with narrow main streets and a harbour. Meadowvale, Sheridan Park and the Airport Corporate Centre are campuses where the driveway is a loop and the front door is unmarked, so we take the building number and the entrance rather than a postcode.
Then there is Malton, which sits on the far side of the airport lands and is a matter of minutes from Terminal 3 on a good night. The whole city is quartered by the 403, the QEW and the 401, with Hurontario running north to south between them, and a chauffeur who picks the right one of those three saves you more time here than anywhere else on our map.

City Centre
Square One, the Absolute World towers and the hotels around Celebration Square, with signed loading at most residential entrances.
Port Credit
Lakeshore Road village and the harbour at the Credit River, where parking is scarce and pickups are pinned to a cross street.
Streetsville
Queen Street South shops and the older residential grid, reached off Mississauga Road rather than through the Britannia lights.
Meadowvale
Business park driveways off Winston Churchill and Derry, with unmarked front doors that the booking names by building number.
Erin Mills and Sheridan Park
The research campuses and the hospital at Credit Valley, all fed from the 403 rather than from Erin Mills Parkway at rush hour.
Malton
The neighbourhood closest to Terminal 3, which is why late arrivals here are quoted as short transfers rather than long ones.

The bypass around a stopped 401. Tolls sit inside your fixed fare, so using it costs you nothing extra.
Hurontario Street
The city spine from Port Credit to Brampton, now a construction corridor in long stretches and planned around accordingly.

QEW and the Gardiner along the lake, then Bathurst to the ferry pavilion. The Humber bridges are the pinch point in either direction.
John C. Munro Hamilton

QEW west past Oakville and Burlington, then Highway 6 south. A steady run outside the Friday afternoon build-up at Winston Churchill.
Buffalo Niagara

Tournaments and concerts on Rose Cherry Place, where the car park empties slowly and we collect from the north side.

Mississauga Road campus with a ring road; convocation days need a meeting point agreed before the ceremony, not after it.

Summer weddings and boat departures at the mouth of the Credit, where Lakeshore Road is the only way in and out.

Does being based here make any difference to my booking?
It changes the two hardest moments of a day. The first car of the morning starts in this city rather than driving into it, and a late arrival is met by a chauffeur who has not already been on the road for an hour. Dispatch answers 24 hours, and the desk is a local one.
Is the fare the same from every part of Mississauga?
Yes. Airport transfers are priced by zone, so Malton, Port Credit and Meadowvale are quoted at the same fixed figure for the same car, with HST shown on its own line. Only the class of vehicle changes the number.
Can you run a multi-stop day around the corporate campuses?
That is what the hourly charter is for. One chauffeur holds the car between Meadowvale, Sheridan Park and the Airport Corporate Centre, waits at each stop, and the day is billed against the vehicle minimum rather than as four separate transfers.
