Terminals 1 and 3, around the clock

The car is on the property before the wheels are down.

Your booking is tied to a flight number rather than a clock time, so a two-hour delay out of Frankfurt or an early descent into Terminal 3 changes our morning instead of yours.

  • Flight tracked from wheels-up
  • 60 minutes of wait time on commercial arrivals
  • Tolls and airport fees inside the fare

Arrivals and departures

What an airport transfer is really buying you

The expensive part of an arrival is never the driving. It is the forty minutes at the end of a long flight when nothing is coming, the app that cancels twice at 01:40, and a taxi queue moving at the speed of its slowest suitcase. What we sell instead is narrow and specific: a named chauffeur, a vehicle already on airport property, and a figure in Canadian dollars agreed before you left home.

Every arrival we hold is matched to the flight, not to the hour you guessed when you booked. Dispatch watches the tail number from wheels-up and re-times the pickup on its own. Push back late and your chauffeur leaves our base later. Land twenty minutes early on a tailwind and the car is early too. Neither costs you a rebooking fee, because neither of them was your decision.

Departures are the quieter half of this service and the half most travellers under-plan. We build the pickup backwards from your check-in cut-off rather than from the departure time on the ticket, and dispatch reads the 401 and the 427 in the hour before the car leaves. If the corridor is closed you get a phone call and an earlier pickup, rather than an explanation from the hard shoulder.

Inside the fare

What is already counted

  • Flight tracking from wheels-up

The booking is tied to your flight number. Delays, early arrivals, gate changes and diversions move your pickup without a call from you.

  • Sixty minutes at the belt

Commercial arrivals include 60 minutes of wait from touchdown. Private aviation arrivals include 30 minutes from wheels-down.

  • Curbside or inside, your choice

The terminal limousine stall, or a uniformed chauffeur in the hall with a discreet digital name card. Both sit inside the fare.

  • Tolls, parking and airport fees

The 407 ETR, terminal parking and the airport access fee are already counted. Nothing is added at the curb.

  • A text before you land

Dispatch sends the chauffeur name, the vehicle and the stall or hall they are holding in, so you are looking for something specific.

  • Buffalo Niagara runs

Cross-border pickups are quoted as a fixed intercity charter. Bring your travel documents; the wait at the bridge is ours to absorb.

How it runs

Four steps, start to finish

  1. 01

    Book against the flight number

One field on the booking form does most of the work. It is what lets dispatch re-time your pickup later without asking you anything.

  2. 02

    Dispatch stages the vehicle

The chauffeur is on airport property before your aircraft is on final, with the meeting protocol you chose already on the run sheet.

  3. 03

You clear the hall at your own pace

Your chauffeur is holding at the limousine stall, or standing inside with a name card, whichever you asked for when you booked.

  4. 04

    One fare, settled afterwards

Nothing is charged on this site. The fare you agreed, with HST as its own line, is settled after the trip. Dispatch answers on +1 (905) 555-0142 if anything changes.

What dispatch usually sends

Read from the live fleet, so a vehicle taken off the road stops appearing here. Fares for each one are quoted on the booking form against your own trip.

Questions we are actually asked

What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?

Dispatch usually sees the diversion on the board before the cabin announcement reaches you, and re-plans from there. An aircraft sent to Hamilton is met at Hamilton. Any difference in the fare is put to you in writing before a car moves, never added afterwards.

How long will the chauffeur wait if I am held at customs?

Commercial arrivals include 60 minutes of wait measured from touchdown, and private aviation arrivals include 30 minutes from wheels-down. Secondary inspection routinely eats the first half of that, which is precisely why the allowance is there.

Where exactly will we meet at Toronto Pearson?

You choose at booking: curbside at the terminal limousine stall, or inside at baggage claim with a digital name card. Dispatch texts the exact stall or hall before you land, because the terminal signage on the day is the only version worth trusting.

Do you cover departures as well as arrivals?

Yes, and the pickup is timed backwards from your check-in cut-off rather than your departure time. Dispatch reads the highway conditions in the hour before the car leaves and calls you if it needs to come earlier.

Is the airport fare fixed or metered?

Fixed. Airport work is priced from a zone table by vehicle, so the figure you agree when booking is the figure on the invoice. HST at 13% is shown as its own line beneath it.
