Questions

The questions dispatch is asked most

Everything below is how this service actually works, not how we would like it to sound. If your question is not here, dispatch answers on +1 (905) 555-0142 around the clock.

Fares and HSTWhat the figure covers, what is added to it, and what never is.

Is the quoted price the final price?

Yes. Tolls, the 407, parking, fuel and airport fees are inside the quote. HST at 13% is shown as its own line. Gratuity is at your discretion.

Why is HST shown separately instead of being included?

Because a business expensing the trip has to see the tax on its own line, and a traveller comparing two quotes has to know whether tax is in the figure. HST at 13% appears as its own line on the fare, on the confirmation and on every invoice.

Am I charged in Canadian or United States dollars?

Canadian dollars, with HST at 13% shown as its own line. There is no conversion, no card held and nothing charged on this site.

Is gratuity included, or expected?

Neither. Gratuity is at your discretion and is never added automatically, on a one-off booking or on a corporate account. Chauffeurs are paid properly whether or not you leave one.

Does traffic on the day change the fare?

No. The fare is fixed when you book, so an hour lost to the Gardiner is our problem rather than a line on your invoice. What changes a fare is a change to the trip: an added stop, an extra hour, a destination further out than the one quoted.

Are there overnight or holiday surcharges?

There are, and they are shown on your quote before you confirm rather than added afterwards. Overnight and statutory-holiday supplements are set per vehicle, and any that apply appear as their own line on the fare.

How is a trip outside the twelve cities priced?

By distance and time, quoted before you book. Anything outside the fixed-fare zones, from a client site in Kitchener to a cottage road north of Barrie, is priced as a one-off charter on the same basis.

PayingWhen money changes hands, and what this website does and does not do with a card.

Do I pay online?

No. Nothing is charged on this site. The fare is fixed when you book and settled after the trip, or on a corporate account.

Do you hold my card to secure the booking?

No card is captured anywhere on this website and none is held against a booking. A booking is secured by dispatch confirming it, which arrives by email with your reference on it.

Can I have an invoice for expenses?

Yes. Every trip produces an invoice showing the fare, HST on its own line and the total in Canadian dollars. Ask at the time of booking or write to reservations@northcrestexecutivelimos.com with the reference, and it is sent by email.

Can a company be billed monthly instead of per trip?

Yes. A corporate account is invoiced monthly as one consolidated statement, with cost-centre codes on every line and named dispatch contacts. Email reservations@northcrestexecutivelimos.com to open one.

Booking and changesHow far ahead to ask, how a change is made, and what a cancellation costs.

How far ahead should I book?

Twelve hours is comfortable for a sedan or SUV inside the GTA. Give us three days for the Sprinter, the stretch, or anything on a holiday weekend. Same-day requests still get through, call dispatch at +1 (905) 555-0142.

What does it cost to cancel or change a booking?

Change any detail free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup on sedans and SUVs, or 24 hours on the Sprinter and the stretch. Inside those windows a cancellation is charged at 50% of the fare. If your airline cancels the flight, there is no charge at all. Call dispatch on +1 (905) 555-0142 or reply to your confirmation email, quoting your booking reference.

Can I change the pickup address or the time after booking?

Yes, and within the free-change window it costs nothing. Call dispatch on +1 (905) 555-0142 or reply to your confirmation email quoting the reference, and the change is confirmed back to you in writing.

Can I add a stop on the way?

One short stop can usually be written into the booking, and dispatch re-quotes it before the day. A trip with several stops in it is calmer and often cheaper as an hourly charter, and we will say so when that is true.

Can an assistant book on behalf of someone else?

Yes, and it is how a great deal of our work arrives. Put the traveller’s name and mobile in the passenger fields and the booker’s email in the contact field; confirmations and updates go to both.

Can I get a price without committing to anything?

Yes. Ask for a quote and dispatch prices the trip by hand and writes back, usually within the working day and always with HST shown separately. Asking costs nothing and books nothing.

What happens if I miss the car?

Tell dispatch. One call to +1 (905) 555-0142 while it is happening turns a no-show into a rearrangement. A passenger who cannot be reached once the included waiting time has run out is charged the full fare.

Airports and flightsDelays, diversions, meeting points and the time a chauffeur is prepared to stand there.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing you need to do. We track the tail number and move the pickup automatically. There is no rebooking fee and no charge for the extra wait.

How long will you wait for me?

Sixty minutes from touchdown on commercial arrivals and thirty minutes from wheels-down on private aviation. After that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate, which is on that vehicle’s page.

Where exactly does the chauffeur meet me?

Curbside at your terminal’s limousine stall, or inside at baggage claim with a discreet digital name card, whichever you chose when booking. You get the chauffeur’s name, the vehicle and the plate before you land, and the stall is texted to you rather than guessed at from an old sign.

What if customs takes longer than the included wait?

The chauffeur stays and the clock runs at the vehicle’s hourly rate in fifteen-minute increments. Message dispatch from the hall if you can; a held passenger who tells us is never treated as a no-show.

What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?

We reroute. We serve Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton and Buffalo Niagara, so a diversion usually means a car meeting you at a different one of ours, and the difference in distance is what changes the fare rather than a penalty.

How early should I be collected for a departure?

For Pearson we plan the pickup so you are at the terminal three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic one, then add for the hour of day and the weather. Tell us the flight and dispatch works the time back for you.

What if I land early?

The car is already moving. Arrivals are watched from the tail number rather than the schedule, so an early landing pulls the chauffeur forward the same way a late one pushes them back.

The car and the partyHow many people, how many cases, and what is in the back.

How do I know which vehicle fits my party and luggage?

Every vehicle page publishes its passenger and luggage capacity, and the booking flow will not offer a car that cannot take the party you entered. When a party is genuinely borderline, dispatch would rather send the larger car than apologise at the kerb.

What counts as a large case?

A standard checked suitcase. Carry-on bags, laptop bags and a set of golf clubs or skis are worth mentioning in the booking note, because they change which car we send rather than what you pay.

Can you fit a child seat?

Yes. Forward-facing child seats and boosters are offered as extras in the booking flow and are fitted before the car leaves the yard. Tell us the ages and how many, and the chauffeur checks the fitting with you before the car moves.

Can you carry a folding wheelchair or a walker?

A folding wheelchair, a walker or a rollator travels in the luggage compartment of the SUVs and the executive van, and chauffeurs assist with transfers at the kerb. We do not operate a wheelchair-accessible vehicle you can remain seated in; call +1 (905) 555-0142 and dispatch will tell you plainly whether we can do the trip properly rather than take the booking and hope.

Do the cars run winter tyres?

Yes, dedicated winter tyres from November to April across the fleet, and the desk starts the run earlier when the forecast deserves it.

Can I work on the way into the city?

That is what the back of these cars is for. Quiet cabins, charging in the rear, a flat surface in the larger vehicles, and a chauffeur who will not talk you through their morning unless you ask for it.

Can a pet travel?

A service animal travels with you as a matter of course. For any other animal, tell dispatch when you book: a crated pet is usually fine in an SUV or the van, and it lets us send a car that is cleaned for it afterwards. Ask on +1 (905) 555-0142 rather than arriving with a surprise.

How we runHours, coverage, and what happens when something goes wrong at our end.

What hours can I actually reach someone?

Dispatch answers 24 hours on +1 (905) 555-0142, including the overnight when your car is running. Office Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 ET for accounts, invoices and anything that needs a desk rather than a dispatcher.

Which areas do you cover?

Twelve cities carry fixed airport fares — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, Burlington, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, North York, Hamilton and Niagara Falls — and four airports are served daily. Anywhere else is quoted by distance and time before you book.

What happens if the car you assigned cannot run?

Another of the same class or better is dispatched and you are told the new plate and the revised timing. There is no price difference for a vehicle you did not choose because ours let us down.

Something went wrong. Who reads a complaint?

Write to reservations@northcrestexecutivelimos.com with the booking reference. It is read by the people who run the desk, the audit trail behind the trip is read before anyone replies, and you get an answer in writing.

What do you do with my details after the trip?

They stay on the booking record, which is kept for seven years because it sits behind an invoice and an HST filing. Nothing is sold, and the privacy policy on this site sets out exactly who sees what and how to have it removed.

Still deciding?

A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Describe the trip and dispatch prices it by hand, with HST shown separately.
