Several vehicles, several addresses and a ceremony that will not wait. Multi-vehicle days are quoted by dispatch rather than sold from a form, because the schedule is the thing you are buying.
Weddings, galas and guest movements
Every other service on this site can be priced from two addresses and a clock. A wedding cannot. What it costs depends on how many cars stand at the house, whether the stretch waits at the church or comes back for the second party, how far the photographs are from the reception, and what time the last shuttle leaves for the hotel. Dispatch prices that against your run of day and puts it in writing before anything is held.
What comes back is a schedule rather than a single line: each vehicle, where it stages, when it moves and who is in it, with every chauffeur briefed from the same document. One coordinator owns the day and is on the phone during it. Once the quote is agreed the vehicles come off the availability board for your date, which is the part that matters for a Saturday in June.
Corporate events run on the same method. A gala with three hundred guests, an awards night looping between a hotel and a venue, or a conference moving speakers between sessions are scheduled work rather than trips. A single car for a couple of hours needs none of this: book that by the hour and we will simply send it.

Every vehicle, stage point and movement on one document, shared with you and carried by each chauffeur working the day.
The same person quotes the day, briefs the chauffeurs and answers the phone while it is happening. No general queue.
Agreeing the quote takes the cars off the board. They are committed to you and are not offered to anybody else.
Simple ribbon and floral dressing on the lead car by arrangement, fitted before the day and removed before the vehicle returns to service.
The executive van runs a timed loop between hotel and venue, so that nobody is driving themselves home after the toasts.
Umbrellas in every vehicle and a covered set-down agreed at each venue in advance, because an Ontario June does as it pleases.

Dispatch writes the vehicle plan against your timings and returns it with the fare itemised by vehicle and by hour.

Changes in the weeks before are expected and re-quoted in writing. Nothing is charged on this website at any point.

Because the price follows the timetable rather than the distance. Four vehicles staging at three addresses and waiting through a ceremony is a schedule, and a form that pretended otherwise would either overcharge you or under-resource the day.
Yes, and that one needs no quote. A single vehicle for a few hours goes through the normal booking flow as an event charter at the hourly rate, with the same minimum hours as any other charter.
The stretch limousine and the executive van are the first vehicles to go for Saturdays between May and October, so six months is comfortable for those. Anything inside a month is worth a phone call rather than an email.
Ribbon and simple floral dressing on the lead vehicle by arrangement. We fit it before the day begins and take it off afterwards. We do not paint, wrap or otherwise alter a vehicle.
Very little, which is the point of holding the vehicles. They are committed to your day rather than dispatched elsewhere, so a late ceremony moves the schedule instead of breaking it, and the coordinator re-times the later movements with the chauffeurs.
