Which seat is the lounge seat, and can I ask for it?

It is the rear right seat, behind the front passenger. Say so in the booking notes and the chauffeur has the front seat folded and the footrest out before you reach the car. The seat is only a lounge seat with the front passenger seat empty, so it is offered on bookings of one or two passengers.
