Worth knowing

Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 are not walking distance

The two terminals sit at opposite ends of the airfield, joined by the free LINK train rather than by a footpath. Almost every Pearson problem we see is a booking that names the wrong one, and it is thirty seconds of work at the desk to fix.

Connecting between terminals
The LINK train runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at no charge. Tell us where you will finally clear and your chauffeur is there rather than at the terminal on the ticket.

Quoted for a weekday pickup outside the 22:00 to 06:00 ET window and off the statutory holiday calendar; the overnight and holiday supplements are set per vehicle and appear on your quote before you confirm. HST at 13% is added as its own line, gratuity is at your discretion, and addresses outside these zones are quoted by distance and time before you book. The stretch limousine is not offered on airport work; it cannot use the terminal limousine stalls the way a sedan or an SUV can.

Private aviation and FBO arrivals

For arrivals at Skyservice or Signature Flight Support, your chauffeur meets you at the FBO lounge door. Where that operator and our own authorisation allow it, the car comes to the aircraft instead; dispatch confirms which of the two you are getting when the booking is made rather than leaving you to find out on the ramp.

Give dispatch the tail number instead of a flight number and we track it the same way. Private arrivals include thirty minutes of complimentary wait from wheels-down, and we coordinate with your handler directly so nobody has to make a call from the aircraft.

What to expect between Pearson and the city

Pearson sits in northeast Mississauga, roughly 22 kilometres from the Financial District. On a clear Sunday morning that is a 25 minute run. On a Thursday at 17:00 with the 401 westbound backed up past Dixie, the same trip is closer to an hour. Dispatch builds the real number into your pickup rather than the optimistic one, and because the fare is fixed before you travel, sitting on the 427 costs you nothing extra. From November to April every vehicle runs dedicated winter tyres and the SUVs are four-wheel drive year round. Toronto’s first real snowfall reliably doubles airport transfer times, so for winter departures we suggest leaving half an hour earlier than the app tells you and we hold the car at your door at no charge. If a storm closes the airport and the airline cancels your flight, your transfer is cancelled free of charge, whatever the notice.

Sixty minutes from touchdown on commercial arrivals and thirty minutes from wheels-down on private aviation. After that, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate, which is on that vehicle’s page.

Can you fit six people and six suitcases?

Yes, in the Cadillac Escalade ESV or the Lincoln Navigator L. The Chevrolet Suburban takes six people and seven cases. Above that, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive seats twelve with twelve large cases.

Do I pay online?

No. Nothing is charged on this site. Dispatch confirms the booking, and the fare is settled after the trip or on a corporate account.
