Investor roadshows, conference delegations, film crews and wedding parties are what fill it. How much notice does the Sprinter need?

Three days is comfortable and a week is better, particularly in conference season and through the wedding months. A same-day request is worth a telephone call to dispatch rather than a booking form, because the answer depends entirely on where the vehicle already is.

Can it carry oversize equipment as well as passengers?

Usually, and it is the vehicle to ask about. Twelve seats and twelve cases is the published capacity; camera cases, instruments, trade-show stands and ski bags are handled by trading seats for load space. Tell dispatch the dimensions and you will get a straight yes or no before you book.

Is it booked by the hour or by the trip?

Either. Airport transfers carry a fixed fare by zone, shown in the rate card above. Conference days, roadshows and wedding parties are booked by the hour against a three-hour minimum, which keeps the vehicle and the same chauffeur with the group all day.
