Point-to-point trips outside these zones are quoted by distance and time in the booking form before you commit. A pickup inside the 22:00 to 06:00 ET window adds CAD $35.00, and an Ontario statutory holiday adds CAD $45.00. HST is charged on the whole fare and is the column on the right.

Questions we are asked about this vehicle

Will three passengers and three suitcases really travel together?

Three full-size checked cases fill the boot and three passengers fill the cabin, but the pair does not leave room for a fourth bag between the seats. If your party is three with more than three cases, take the Chevrolet Suburban or the Cadillac Escalade ESV. Dispatch will tell you the same thing if you telephone instead of booking online.

Can I work in the back on the way into the city?

That is what the car is bought for. Acoustic laminated glass runs front to back, the rear seat reclines with its own climate zone, and onboard 5G Wi-Fi with wireless charging keeps a laptop and a phone alive from the Pearson forecourt to the Financial District.

Is the S-Class quoted by the trip or by the hour?

Both, and the rate card above shows each. An airport transfer is a fixed fare by zone with nothing added on arrival. A roadshow, a board day or an evening on call is booked by the hour against a three-hour minimum, and the clock starts at the pickup time you asked for rather than when the car arrives.
