Airport Road is the short way, until the trucks wake up
Brampton looks simple on a map and is not. Highway 410 runs down the middle to the 401, Queen Street crosses it east to west, and Airport Road appears to be the obvious line to Terminal 3. It is, at 21:00. At 06:00 it is the spine of the largest logistics belt in the country, three lanes of tractor units turning into yards, and the 410 to the 409 will beat it comfortably. Choosing between them on the morning is most of the job here.
The residential half of the city is younger and larger-household than anywhere else we cover. Springdale, Castlemore, Fletcher's Meadow and Mount Pleasant produce group travel: nine or ten people to one wedding, three generations to one flight, an airport run that needs a van rather than two sedans. We would rather send one Sprinter than split a family across cars that arrive ten minutes apart.
Downtown Brampton is a small, tight grid around the Four Corners, with the Rose Theatre and Garden Square drawing evening crowds into streets that were laid out for far fewer cars. Add Bramalea City Centre, Sheridan College's Davis campus and Brampton Civic on Bovaird, and the pattern of the work is clear: short hops that hinge entirely on knowing where a car may legally wait.

Bramalea
The older planned quadrant around the City Centre mall, with wide service roads that make an early morning pickup straightforward.
Springdale
Large households north of Bovaird, where group airport runs are the norm and a van saves an hour of shuttling.
Heart Lake
Crescents either side of the 410 with quick ramp access, which keeps a 05:00 departure genuinely short.
Mount Pleasant and Fletcher's Meadow
Newer streets around the Mount Pleasant GO station, often booked as a station transfer rather than a full airport run.
Castlemore and Gore
Estate lots on the Vaughan side with long driveways, reached from The Gore Road rather than through Queen Street traffic.
Downtown Brampton
The Four Corners, Garden Square and the Rose Theatre, where evening pickups are staged a block off Main Street.

The two cross-town arterials. Both are signalled end to end, so a cross-city hop is timed at arterial speed, not highway speed.

We are ten people going to one wedding. One vehicle or three?
One, if the Sprinter is free. Twelve seats and luggage in a single vehicle keeps a party together, arrives once rather than three times, and is usually cheaper than the sedans it replaces. Bookings of that size are worth placing a week ahead.
Do you take Airport Road or the 410?
Whichever is moving when your car leaves. Dispatch reads both before the chauffeur pulls out; Airport Road is shorter and the 410 to the 409 is more predictable from about 06:00 to 09:30, so the choice is made on the morning, not in advance.
Can you collect at 04:00 for a first flight?
Yes. Dispatch answers 24 hours, and the earliest departures are the ones we plan most carefully. A pickup inside the 22:00 to 06:00 ET window carries the overnight supplement shown on your quote, and the figure appears before you confirm, never afterwards.
